Commission Terms!

Not abiding by my terms may revoke all usage, and may lead to blacklisting from further commissions.STICKERS:
Sticker packs in greater size may need to be broken into smaller 10 packs for the sake of getting you more stickers quicker.COMMISSION PRIVACY
Commissions done by me may be shared publicly in multiple stages of progress, please disclose if you would like the illustration to be kept private (for example if it is a gift) or any other preferences regarding artwork posting.

USE
Personal usage/posting* of the artwork is OK with credit as the artist
* This excludes sites that allow for AI usage of images through their terms such as Instagram and X, only 'Nightshade' processed images may be posted there, and can be requested upon commission completion.My artworks may not be used in any hate speech or in harm of any marginalised groups.AI / NFT:
Purchasing a commission from me does NOT give you right to use my artwork as an NFT or in any machine learning model (AI), I do not consent to any of my artworks being used in this setting.
I will not accept commissions based off of AI generated works, nor will make artworks to be finished by a machine learning model later.COPYRIGHT:
All products remain my own intellectual property and cannot be used for re-sale or commercial use unless agreed upon before payment.Please contact me if you would like to discuss something regarding artwork copyright usage.MODIFICATION
Using Glaze/Nightshade is welcomed with uploaded artworks, However further artwork modification is not allowed without permission.

PRICE
Commission Prices are to be used as a guide, as cost may change due to complexity/time. Excessive revisions or expedited delivery may incur additional cost.INVOICING:
Through a PayPal email, i will send the invoice to be paid in full.
Split payment is available for larger commissions (excluding sticker packs) where part is paid upfront and the rest once drafts have been approved.(Australia only) Payment can be paid through bank transfer, manual tax invoice available if requested.Tips are available through paypal.me/jamjuce

Once i have started work on the commission, refunds will not be available in full. Partial refund may be issued during the early stages however will not be allowed once completed.If you are found intentionally breaking rules of my terms, any standing contract will be void and refund will not be issued for remaining work.
